upgrading stock stereo/speakers (no amp)

Boat is 2009 Hurricane FD 196 RE with 2011 E-TEC 75 HP
2011 Etec 75 HP has alternator with variable voltage computer controlled 81 amp / 1100 watt output with regulator at 13.5 v.  Net dedicated battery charging power output is 25 amp.
Battery is Farm & Fleet Marine Starting Battery 24MS, 675 MCA @ 32 F, 550 CCA @ 0 F (could replace with dual purpose higher rated battery or install 2nd deep cycle battery)
No trolling motor, fish finder, etc (pretty bare bones)

STOCK STEREO/SPEAKERS
STEREO Jensen MSR3007, 80 watts RMS (4 x 20W)
SPEAKERS Jensen MS6007S 6.5", 60W max, 30W rms

NEW STEREO/SPEAKERS
STEREO sony DSX-M80 high power, 180 watts RMS (4 x 45W), 17 amp draw, 10 guage wire required, 15 amp fuse required
SPEAKERS
Skar SK65M, 160W max, 80W rms

There are 2 + leads that are connect to single battery.  1 lead goes to engine, another goes to a cluster that has 3 fuses/3 leads.  I believe the 3 leads go to helm where most of the electrical connections are made.

I was hoping I could avoid running a dedicated 10 guage wire (or lower) and tie into 2 ACC connections (there are 3 unused ACC rocker switches, each have 10 amp "pop out" fuses).  I assume the + from battery goes to pop out fuse bus, then from each pop out fuse to a rocker, then from rocker to stereo.  Then connect ground to ground bus.

Sorry for all the details.  Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I have that same radio and tried to connect to the stock power wire and have over heating issues and clipping past about half volume. I will for sure be adding a dedicated power wire as soon as it warms up a bit!

I went another path now.  Decided to install a separate amp and run 4 AWG to it from battery.  The new stereo is relatively low power so I can connect that using existing wiring.  The amp does not turn on unless stereo is on (remote wire function).  Here are my specs:
    STEREO - Pioneer MVH-MS310BT
    Bluetooth 4.0
    22W RMS x 4
Frequency range 50Hz to 15,000 HZ
2 sets of 2-volt preamp RCA outputs
Set HPF to 50 Hz (-18dB slope) or 63 Hz (-12dB slope) for speaker protection (low end 57 Hz)
    Set LPF OFF

    AMP - NVX VADM4
    RMS @ 4 OHMS 75W x 4 (speakers are 4 OHMS)
    Frequency range 20 Hz - 20,000 Hz
18 AWG for 2 RCA pairs (connect to stereo preamp out)
    16 AWG for speaker wires
Unit has 40 Amp Fuse, use 50 Amp fuse near battery
    300W / 13.5 V = 22 Amps
    Power/Ground wire http://circuitwizard.bluesea.com/ (8 AWG)

    SPEAKERS
    80W RMS at 4 OHMS
Skar SK65M 2-Way Full Range Coaxial Speakers
    1" silk dome tweeter
Mid-range woofer (will not produce very low frequency signals as subwoofer will)
    Impedance: 4 Ohms | 1. 2" SV Voice Coil
Sensitivity: 88 dB, Frequency Response: 57 Hz - 20,000 Hz
Set crossover to avoid sending frequencies outside of this range
