How to Use the Porta Potti

Hello. Just bought a Hurricane 235 a month ago and we have no idea how to use the Porta-Potti. It has hoses running out the back and into the hull, so appears to be a pump-out. Did not come with a water cap, but we were able to find one on-line. Based on research, we believe it is a Thetford 260 MDS marine toilet, but cannot be removed for emptying due to the hosing running into/out of the holding tank. Unfortunately, our salesman has been unable to provide any guidance on its use and there is nothing in the manual about this. Does anyone have any advice/instructions on how to use? Thanks in advance!

There should be a cap on the hull that says WASTE. This is the pump out.
