Alpha Drive Oil Leak

What seal is bad causing oil to leak out.  Blue stuff in the photo.

    While you're waiting to see if another owner can share an experience with you, I contacted my dealer (they are a Mercury dealer) and showed him your picture.  Below is what he responded with:

    "LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE A SEAL IN THE BEARING CARRIER OR A SEAL IN THE DRAIN PLUG POSSIBLY."
