2007 Hurricane GS 202 - Relay question

I recently purchased a 2007 GS 202 and found a rats nest electrical system. Whats referenced as two relays 7534 on a wiring diagram schematic have been removed completely. First question, I can't find any relays on the internet labeled 7534. Is there another relay that does the same thing and if so what would it be? Second question, should I replace the relays or wire everything around it. Currently the only thing that works are the NAV light, radio and GPS. The engine does run and trim and tilt work. I'm inclined to replace the relays but could be convinced to change my mind. Thanks for any suggestions and info.
