2004 Sun Deck no power to instrument panel

Totally new to the boating world and this is my first boat so I'm really confused.
Does anyone have an electrical schematic/diagram for a 2004 Sun Deck, or know where I can get one? Bilge pump and Live Well fuse switches are out and won't stay in when reset. Bilge pump only working in manual mode. Also, now the top panel of instruments is dead.
When turn the key on, there is a beeping alarm. When pulled the panel off I noticed a wire that isn't connected to anything.
Everything was fine a couple months ago when we purchased this boat, but when we put it back in the water yesterday, everything went haywire!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
