End cap piece for 2005 FD 196 FF

My dog ate my end cap. I took it off to replace the insert in the rub rail, and everything was going so good I knew something bad was going to happen, and it did. He chewed the actual end cap end of the molding. It's one that caps the end of the rub rail, then goes vertically a few inches to the transom, and then sits on top of the transom a few inches.
Anyone know where I can find a replacement? Anyone fabricated their own (I don't mean send it off for injection molding) out of common molding they got from anywhere? Looking for a replacement or ideas on an alternative.
