    Wow - you need to buy a new prop. Google props for your specific motor. There should be markings on the housing for prop pitch and size.  You may actually be lucky the blades gave way preventing more damage to the lower unit. How's the skeg? If that's chopped up you will need to have a welder fixit for you.  Your local marina should be able to get that done for you.

    I'd encourage you to have the lower unit inspected before running it further to prevent possible future damage should their be gear damage, or prop shaft seal, etc.  Definitely the worst I've ever seen
