The plastic fittings for the I/O for the bait tank have both rotted off. How to fix?

The fittings on each side of the bilge drain plug have rotted off. I presume to access through the ports in front of the motor. Yet, need to know something about what is involved in order to fix it. If it's too involved, I'll take it to a shop, but the shops that handle Hurricane are closed until spring? Is there a manual available to give me some ideas?

Many marine retailers have stainless replacements. Try WestMarine or Overtons.
