Boat was having trouble turning left and maintaining straight. Was going to bleed system but heard check valves stick. So decided to pull helm apart and check. Found more than I bargained for was full of rusty mud and check valves were not only frozen but half way rusted through. Sent steering helm and steer cylinder to a rebuild shop in Florida I'll let you know how it turns out.
