2003 GS 211, Livewell

I just purchased a used GS 211, 2003.  I have fixed a lot of small items on the boat and it runs great.  It says there is a livewell in the front bow.  I see where it is, but it is missing the screw in overflow tube and has no water inlet that I can see.  It does have a switch on the dash for the livewell, but when  it is turned on I do not hear anything running.  Is there actually not a livewell, or am I missing something?

Standard is a draining bin that can be used as a built-in cooler.  Optionally they run a raw water line to the top edge of the bin and add the screw-in drain pipe so it will hold enough water in the livewell before it runs out.  If you don't have that water inlet pipe, you probably don't have the livewell option installed, even though you have the switch on the helm panel.

Thanks,  I am sure that is what it is.  Making my own live well now.
