Our 96 hurricane with a 225 Mariner has intermittent beeping?

    Usually a warning signal. Look it up in your motor's owner's manual, there should be a section on it that tells you what the beeps mean.

    Thank you.  We just purchased this and had it serviced by a local marina.  It was beeping before we had it serviced and it continues to do so. 
    We will question them and also look into a manual.

    Could be a low oil warning.
    In addition to engine, I have had the depth gauge sound a shallow water warning as I am getting up on plane.
