"Repairing" scrapes/tears in striping and hull paint

Have several tears/scrapes in the blue paint on the hull and in some of the striping. Is there a quick/easy way to fill in the tears with marker, paint, etc. so that it is not so noticeable from a distance?

@gloverrub.  Mine is black and I had the same situation.  Minor scratching (extremely shallow) in the gelcoat but very noticeable on the black so I used a permanent marker to color it in to not make it as noticeable from a distance.

If its a deep scratch that's there, I'd consider having it looked at/repaired first.

I have a 2012 SS 1880 OB with a scratch in the blue paint that goes all the way to the white.  Does anyone know what the paint number/code is for a repair?

Thanks for the tip. I used the permanent marker on the painted portion of the hull. Any tips for painting/marker to repair scratches/tears in the white striping on top of the dark hull? I can't seem to find a white permanent marker. Any other solutions?

Testors (yes, the paint company for plastic models) makes paint markers using enamel paint in a variety of colors.  Gloss white is one of them.  They have lots of uses and you can find them on line or at any model & hobby shop.  Maybe this might work for you.
