where is the fill cap? how should I clean out the tank if it has not been used in a while? thanks.

I have the same question - I have recentely purchased a 2001 model and need to change the water they have antifrezee in there right now.

The filler cap is located on the rear entry step. It is silver about the size of a silver dollar and has a slot in it.

This fill should be located in the walkway area at the stern of the boat. To clean the system you can use a bleach mixture be sure to completely flush the system (using the spray nozzle) prior to actual usage.
