livewell that leaks because mfg did not tighten drain line

The only fix that I see is to cut a hole inside of boat so as to reach the fitting which lays on the bottom of hull. Not able to reach when removing deckplate for fishing chair. I have contacted Hurricane with no response on numerous occasions for different problems. Other problem was a deck drain that did not drain, the drain tube was sandwiched flat when they married the upper hull to the lower. I cut it out and fixed it.

What model boat do you have?  I think you can access the bottom of the livewell on some models either through the anchor locker, or the forward storage compartment.
