Simrad depth finder

I recently purchase a Hurricane SS 188 with Simrad GOXSE system and we are having trouble with depth finder going out while cruising above 25 MPH. Boat dealer says this is normal and recommends putting transducer inside the hull to fix problem. They have adjusted transducer several times but same result. Is moving transducer inside hull a good solution or should we do something else?
