2014 202 sundeck sport lost power to motor

Hello. Motor had run for about five minutes as we were pulling away from dock and to warm up. As I accelerated to get on plane the engine shut off. It was completely dead and would not turn over. Accessories worked but engine is completely dead. The 5 amp fuse between batteries and battery selector switch was blown so I replaced it. Engine still will not turn over. Something happen to cause the fuse to blow but the blown fuse is not the issue since I replaced it and still have same issue. No power to crank motor. Any experience with what would cause that 5 amp fuse to blow. Any suggestions as to the problem. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2014 202 sundeck sport? Thanks
