    Polaris buying company that owns Hurricane

    Polaris Industries has announced an agreement to buy Boat Holdings, which is the company that owns Bennington, Godfrey, Hurricane and Rinker boats.

      Is this confirmed?? Would like to know regarding recalls and warranty claims.

      There is a press release dated July 2 from Polaris stating that the transaction has been completed.  Polaris is a public company.  I would suggest going to the Investor section of their website and getting the names of the CEO and the chairman of the Board's Audit Committee and sending them letters directly re the issues.
