Removal of curved stern seat back to access ski pole installation box in 2017 Fundeck

Our boat was delivered to our storage by dealer and I have found the owners' manual to be deficient in needed information.  I have had to google many items to get better information.  We have a curved seat back cushion and we assume that it needs to be removed to install the ski pole correctly.  But there is no information regarding this in the manual.  I see a few posts regarding seat back removal in older boats.  We are afraid to force the seat "up".  There seem to be screws attaching it below?  How do we remove it correctly?  (It is the Memorial Day holiday and the dealership is closed).
