when boat is in water and engine is off after running is it normal for water to pee out ?

Mine does for a few seconds (Yamaha 150 ox66). This is my fourth boat (all outboards) and they've all done the same.

1995 hurricane 150 hp v6 Johnson. Has only 90 hrs on boat and motor. Has been sitting a long time. Thanks for your answer.
