Where is the master breaker? 2007 FD231 center console

When I have the main " power " switch on (dash), I can turn on my radio, but turn on any other switch and the main breaker trips off. When it's off, the engine will still crank and run, but have no lights or bilge pump, etc. If the dash "power" switch is turned turned back on the same sequence occurs. There must be a breaker, but I can seem to locate it?

On my boat I have a breaker for the Master Switch on the breaker panel. There is also another in-line fuse usually located back by the battery. It will be in a water-proof cover similar to below:

So is the 10 amp inline fuse feeding the master switch or the 40 amp
