Honda 150 OB Bogging

So we took our FD 218 out for the third time today and noticed that the Honda 150 OB is bogging at 4,000 RPM. We last drove it 3 weeks ago and everything seems normal. Right now when full throttle is applied the engine rev's to 4000 rpm but will not rev higher. Nothing has changed since we last drove it. Any ideas about what could be the issue?

Sounds like it is running on 3 cylinders. I'd suspect a fouled spark plug as the most likely cause. Other thing could be a loose plug wire. I'd check the plug connections, and if they are all tight, I'd change the plugs as a first step. One plug will look wetter than the others if this is the case.2010 Hurricane 2100 (217) Sun Deck
