SS 188 OB fresh water tank

I cant find a fill or the fresh water tank for my new 2014 ss188 ob. I did notice there was a colapsed water container that was in the cooler, am I supposed to use that as the fresh water tank? If yes, where does the suction end reside? under the sink?
