how would I go about ordering an owners guide to a 2013 211. I have some questions regarding some of the functions and would like to have a book. thanks

The Hurricane Owners Manual unfortunately is generic to all boats and provides general maintenance and safety guidance.
The Owner, Maintenance Manual for your specific engine is usually very good and can provide detailed information about the engine.
Ultimately, you should have/read both.

You mentioned you have some questions specific to certain functions. If you can't get that information in the manuals, just post a new thread and hopefully one of the other members can assist you.
